These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by JM Cleaning Solutions Inc, a company dedicated to providing cleaning services. By hiring our services, you agree to the following provisions:
1. Definitions
1.1. Client: The individual or legal entity that contracts cleaning services from JM Cleaning Solutions Inc.
1.2. Services: Refers to the cleaning work offered by the company, including residential, commercial, and other agreed-upon services.
1.3. Contract: The agreement established between the Client and JM Cleaning Solutions Inc for the provision of Services, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Service
2.1. JM Cleaning Solutions Inc commits to carrying out cleaning services in accordance with quality standards and at the previously agreed times.
2.2. Services include the cleaning of areas and surfaces specified in the agreement. Any additional service must be requested by the Client and may incur additional costs.
2.3. The Client must provide access to the premises on the scheduled dates and times for the service to be performed.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. The Client shall provide all necessary information for the proper provision of services, including details on access areas and any special requirements.
3.2. The Client agrees to ensure a safe environment for the cleaning personnel. JM Cleaning Solutions Inc is not responsible for accidents or damages caused by the negligence of the Client.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1. Service prices will be established in the contract or estimate provided to the Client.
4.2. Payment for services shall be made using the methods agreed upon with the Client (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) and must be made within the specified timeframes.
4.3. In the event of payment delays, JM Cleaning Solutions Inc reserves the right to suspend services until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. The Client may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
5.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. JM Cleaning Solutions Inc is not responsible for damage to valuable objects or personal belongings unless previously notified.
6.2. In case of damage attributable to the company, JM Cleaning Solutions Inc limits its liability to the replacement value of the damaged item, provided it is proven that the damage was caused by the company’s personnel.
7. Service Guarantee
7.1. JM Cleaning Solutions Inc guarantees satisfaction with its cleaning services. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify the company within 24 hours of the service so that necessary adjustments can be made.
7.2. If the issue is not resolved, JM Cleaning Solutions Inc may offer compensation or a new cleaning at no additional cost.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. JM Cleaning Solutions Inc and its staff will keep confidential any information accessed in the Client’s home or premises.
9. Modification of Terms
9.1. JM Cleaning Solutions Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, providing prior notice to the Client of any changes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [EE. UU./Texas].
